A Borrower is one of your clients that you are actively trying to, or are in the process of getting a mortgage. Every contact can have many mortgages, meaning that you can sell to this borrower many times. 

The Borrower module is the hub of much of your information, it will house communication details (phone number, email, address) as well as all mortgages that are active.
