You can update the data on a deal without updating the stage only when using the button in the
Mortgage Detail View, and keeping the Update Mortgage Stage toggle disabled.
Default Stage Mapping
The default stage mapping for the Velocity integration is as follows:
Velocity Status | BluMortgage Stage
|

| Collecting Documentation

Submitted | Underwriting In Progress |
Accepted | Conditionally Approved |
Approved | Conditionally Approved |
Waiting To Close | Broker Complete |

| Mortgage Closed

How to Update Deal Stage Mapping
If you want to update this stage mapping based on your process, or if you have introduced custom stages in BluMortgage, you can do so by following these instructions:
Log In: Access your Blue Mortgage CRM account.
Access Settings: Click the gear (⚙️) icon for settings.
Navigate to Installed Extensions: In settings, go to "Marketplace" then "All" then "Installed"
Find Velocity Integration: Locate the "Velocity Integration" extension.
Open Stage Mapping: Scroll down to the "Extension Settings" section and click "Edit"
Edit Mapping: Modify mapping to align Velocity statuses with CRM stages.
Save Changes: Save your customized mappings by clicking on "Save"

Note: If you leave a stage mapping blank, then the integration will simply not work for this stage.
A common scenario is when people only want deals to sync when they are Closed or Lost.
