To completely automate the sending of text messages, BluText has now embedded the option to automate text messages directly from the Workflow Editor. To start, select a Workflow Rule and choose the "Send Text" action.

The next step will be to select the recipients. The recipient can be any phone number on the record, or any of the record's lookups.

After this, onstruct your own message from scratch or "call" a template to send.

Finally, the workflow action will ask you to name the action. We recommend naming it something relevant to easily access and edit it in the future. A good example would be "Welcome Text Message to Contact Mobile".
