Mapping DKIM and DMARC Settings in your Cloven CRM

How to Use

Below are the steps to on how to authenticate your domain in your CRM:
  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon
    1. Select "Email" under the "Channels" section
    2. Select "Email Deliverability"
  3. Click the "Add Domain" button
    1. Enter your email address and click "Add Domain"
    2. Follow the email prompts to verify your domain
  4. Click the "Validate Records" button
  5. Access your domain's DNS settings with your registrar or host.
    1. create TXT record 
    2. Add the DKIM and SPF to your domain's DNS settings according the details within Cloven
    3. For the DMARC settings, please add  v=DMARC1; p=none; in the value field and _dmarc.insertdomainname.ca in the name field.
    4. Wait for DNS changes to propagate (a few minutes to hours).
  6. Return to Zoho CRM, confirm validation, and associate the domain.
