How to Use
Below are the steps to on how to authenticate your domain in your CRM:
- Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
- Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon
- Select "Email" under the "Channels" box
- Select "Email Deliverability"
- Click the "Add Domain" button
- Enter your email address and click "Add Domain"
- Follow the email prompts to verify your domain
- Click the "Validate Records" button
- Access your domain's DNS settings with your registrar or host.
- Apply the chosen method: add CNAME, upload HTML file, or create TXT record.
- Add the DKIM and SPF to your domain's DNS settings according the details within BluMortgage
- Wait for DNS changes to propagate (a few minutes to hours).
- Return to Zoho CRM, confirm validation, and associate the domain.
