4. How to Integrate your Email to BluMortgage

One of the key features of BluMortgage is the ability to see custom emails within your CRM, so that all of the communication you have ever had with a customer is in one central location. 

How to Integrate Your Email with BluMortgage

  1. Log in to your BluMortgage CRM.

  2. Click the gear icon
    Located at the bottom left corner of your screen to open the Setup menu.

  3. Go to Channels > Email
    In the Setup menu, click on Channels, then select Email.

  4. Click "Get Started"
    This will begin the process of linking your email account.

  5. Choose your email platform
    For example, select Outlook (or Gmail, etc., depending on what you use).

  6. Select the email protocol
    Choose IMAP as the connection type (this is the most commonly used).

  7. Click "Configure"
    A pop-up window will appear.

  8. Sign in to your email account
    Enter your login credentials and allow access.

  9. Finish the setup
    Once connected, your email will now be integrated into BluMortgage.
