How to Integrate Your Email

Below are the steps on how to integrate your email to BluMortgage CRM
  1. Sign into your BluMortgage CRM Account
  2. Access the Setup Page
    1. Click on the "Setup" icon (⚙️) on the top right of the page next to your profile picture.
    2. In the box labelled "Channels", click on "Email".
    3. Click "Get Started" to initiate the email integration process.
  3. Configure Email
    1. If you are using one of the Popular Email Services- Zoho Mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Office 365- please select the provider. If not, please select Other Mail and proceed with the instructions below.
    2. Ensure that the IMAP protocol is selected, and Click "Configure"
    3. A pop-up will appear asking you to login to your respective platform. Enter your login details.
  4. Compete setup
    1. The sync will begin, which can take some time.
    2. As the inbox syncs, configure if you'd like your emails to be Public, Private or Record-Level

Other Mail Option

  1. Complete Email Configuration
    1. After selecting Other Mail, like the Popular Email Services, select IMAP, then configure
    2. Enter the details of your mail server including the Server Address, Port and Connection Type. Note: Most of these can be found online or from your mail provider.
    3. Click on "Configure"
  2. Compete setup
    1. The sync will begin, which can take some time.
    2. As the inbox syncs, configure if you'd like your emails to be Public, Private or Record-Level
