SideDrawer Extension in Cloven
SideDrawer is a unified platform that simplifies collaboration by centralizing documents and data collection in one secure space. It is widely used by financial advisors to efficiently gather and manage sensitive client information.
Set up
1. Open Cloven in your browser. Copy the SideDrawer integration link and paste it into the same browser window where Cloven is open. (Integration link - https://crm.zoho.com/market/installPrivatePlugin.do?portalName=massimoianniruberto&nameSpace=sidedrawer&versionIndex=1300194000001041001)
When prompted, review and accept the Terms of Service, then click Allow Access to complete the connection.
2. Click on 'Install for all users' as shown below
3. Once the extension has been installed, this page will pop-up
Once you’ve completed this step, your part of the setup is finished. Next, please email support@bluroot.ca with your Cloven CRM and SideDrawer login credentials, shared through a secure platform.
After the team receives these details, they will complete the remaining setup on their end and you will be able to send SideDrawer requests from Cloven.
What does a SideDrawer Integration do?
The SideDrawer integration in Cloven is pretty basic. It lets you:
- Create a SideDrawer folder for a client
- Add a Collaborator
Please note the 'SideDrawer Action' field might not always be at the bottom of the contact record. Please use ctrl+F to find that field on the contact record.
