How to Integrate Zoho Bookings with Google Calendar

Zoho Bookings has the ability to integrate with your Google Calendar. Now if you have a meeting booked in Zoho Bookings, it will show up in your Google Calendar.

Further more, when you're busy in Google Calendar, this will sync to Zoho Bookings so that clients are not able to book appointments when you're busy.

Here are the steps to sync these two platforms:

  1. Login to the Bookings App and click on (⚙️) to access the setup page.

  1. Under Integrations, click Calendar to find the available options.

  1. Click "Google Calendar" then "Configure Now" .

  1. Click the "Authorize" button which will open a popup to sign into your Gmail account and "Allow" the integration.

  1. Select the Google Calendars you would like to use to get availability from and the Google Calendar you would like to push bookings to. 

  1. Click "Proceed".
