You have a number of options to integration your website with BluMortgage. Each have their own pros and cons, but if possible we recommend doing the first option of creating a BluMortgage form.
From within the BluMortgage CRM, there is an option to create webforms. To do this, go to Settings -> Developer Space -> Webforms. From here, it's a simple drag-and-drop editor to collect basic form data such as name, email and phone number. An in-depth video to describe this process can be seen here:
This requires a bit of help from a developer, and also is somewhat limited in the logic of the form. If you want a form with pages and some logic, then best option is to use a Zoho Form.
Zoho Forms is another application available to you as part of your Zoho One package. You can add it to your suite of products by following
these steps.
Once added, Zoho Forms offers a similar drag-and-drop editor as the CRM form. The difference is that a Zoho Form has many more fields to add and provides more functionality including multiple pages, page and field logic, more options to share, custom landing page sequence and much more.
It's a bit more work to set up initially, but once complete, it provides a lot more functionality if that is what is required.
Using the WordPress Plugin
BluMortgage is built on Zoho CRM and with that there are a lot of pre-built solutions including a WordPress Plugin. If you're using WordPress, this can be a great shortcut that does not involved a developer.
Use pre-built Roar Solutions Integration
BluMortgage has partnered with Roar Solutions. This means that if you have a Roar Solutions website, we have a pre-built, ready-to-go integration from your website forms to BluMortgage CRM.

support@bluroot.ca who will provide a URL. You will then need to send this URL to your contact at Roar Solutions to complete the setup.
Zoho CRM API
Finally, if you already have forms on your website, and have a developer who can help, using the Zoho CRM API can allow you to connect your existing forms to BluMortgage.
This is a great option if you have existing forms that you don't want to change and you have access to a developer who is comfortable with APIs. An in-depth video to describe this process can be seen here:

Each of these options are available to you as part of your BluMortgage subscription. Our support team can guide you through this, but implementation is not included in our support and so you will have to do this yourself.
