How to create and edit your Mail Merge template

How to Use

Below are the steps to on how to create or edit a mail merge template in your Cloven CRM:

1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
2. Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon
  1. Select "Templates" under the "Customization" section
  2. Select "Mail Merge" tab
3. Click the down arrow beside the New template button
  1. Choose the Module where you want to save your template
  2. Fill out the Template Name
  3. In the Select the file field, click the Choose file button and locate and choose the document template 
  4. Choose the name of the folder where you want to save the template
  5. You have the option too add description of what the template is for 
  6. Click the "import" button
