How to Use
Below are the steps to on how to create or edit a mail merge template in your Cloven CRM:
1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
2. Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon

Select "Templates" under the "Customization" section

Select "Mail Merge" tab
3. Click the down arrow beside the New template button
- Choose the Module where you want to save your template
- Fill out the Template Name
- In the Select the file field, click the Choose file button and locate and choose the document template
- Choose the name of the folder where you want to save the template
- You have the option too add description of what the template is for
- Click the "import" button
