1. How to Change your BluMortgage Account Email?
Introduction
This article will show you how to change your email address for your BluMortgage CRM.
How to Use
Open your BluMortgage CRM Account
Open your web browser and go to the Zoho CRM login page (crm.zoho.com).
Click on the "Sign In" button to access your Zoho account in the top right corner of the screen
Enter your current email address and password

For new users it will be the login details we emailed to you
Access Zoho Account Settings
After logging in, look for your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
Click on "My Account"
Add your Email Address
Look for the box labeled "My Email Addresses" and click on "Add New Email Address"
A pop-up window will appear, asking you to enter the new email address you want to use for your Zoho account.
Type the new email address you want to use in the provided field and click "Add"
A OTP will be sent to your email address, to verify it, enter the OTP from your email into the OTP field and click "Verify"
Delete Old Email Address
After successfully verifying the new email address, mark the new email address as the "primary email address" and delete the temporary email address provided by the BluRoot Team.
