How to Change Colours for Stages in Kanban View

How to Use

Below are the steps on how to change colours for stages in Kanban view:

  1. Go to Setup
    Click the gear icon at the bottom-left corner of your CRM screen.

  2. Navigate to Modules and Fields
    Under Customization, select Modules and Fields.

  3. Select the Module (e.g., Mortgages)
    Click on the module where you want to update the Kanban stage colors (e.g., Mortgages).

  4. Click on Stage Probability Mapping
    Inside the module settings, click on Stage Probability Mapping.

  5. Enable Color Options
    Toggle or click to enable the color options if it’s not already turned on.

  6. Choose Your Colors
    Assign a color for each stage by clicking the color box next to the stage name.

  7. Save Your Changes
    Once all desired colors are selected, click Save.

  8. View in Kanban
    Go back to the module and switch to Kanban View — your stages should now appear in the colors you chose!
