How to Install BluMortgage Live Chat

Introduction

This article describes how to access live chat in your BluMortage account. If you have any questions, please reach out to the BluRoot team at support@bluroot.ca.

How to Use

Below are the steps on add the Live Chat widget to your dashboard and how to resize it:
  1. Click on the gear icon (⚙️) on the top right hand corner of your page.
  2. Under the category "Developer Space" click on "Widgets"
  3. Select the gear icon (⚙️) to the left of the "BluMortgage Updates", if you cannot find this please follow these steps to create the "BluMortgage Updates"
    1. Click on the blue "Create New Widget" button in the top right
    2. Name your Widget "BluMortgage Updates"
    3. For Widget type select "Homepage Dashboard"
    4. Hosting select external and then follow step #4
  4. Paste this URL into the "Base URL" field: https://widgets.blumortgage.ca/zoho-crm-widgets/#BluMortgage/GettingStarted
