Background
When you first install VIP Club, there is a standard integration that happens by default. The
details of this integration are here. If you'd like a more custom workflow, please follow this guide.

Note: If you haven't installed the VIP Club extension yet, you can do so by clicking on
this linkInstructions
For these instructions, the example will be to add realtors to a VIP Club list.
Create a Workflow
In order to set-up a custom action, start by creating a new workflow. Pick the module based on where you want the action to be triggered (e.g. Partner).
Once the workflow is initiated, the first two steps are identical to a normal workflow. To start, you pick a "trigger". This will be when the workflow starts (e.g. Create of a Partner). After that, select a condition if you want to filter before the action is complete (e.g. Partner Type = Realtor)
The final step is from the action section, select the "Send to VIP Club" from the Custom Actions menu:
VIP Club Custom Action
The first screen will prompt you on what emails you'd like to send to VIP Club. Simply click the emails on the left that you'd like to send to VIP Club. If you've made a mistake, again, click the email (this time on the right) to exclude it.

Note: from the drop-down above the emails, you can select related modules! As an example, you could send the Realtor's email to VIP Club from a Mortgage-based workflow!
After this, the final step is to pick the "sender". This simply means who's VIP Club list this gets sent to. This is relevant for BluMortgage accounts that are connected to multiple VIP Club mailing lists.
You have the option of a static value (e.g. always send to Tom's VIP Club list), or a dynamic value (e.g. send to the CRM Owner's VIP Club list):
Once you've selected the Sender, you can hit "Save Action", name the Action, and finally hit save on the workflow editor.
