Your BluMortgage system comes with built-in campaigns to help you drive sales and increase customer retention without taking up your valuable time. The
Pre-Approval Campaign will send an email to your borrower when their mortgage is Pre-Approved and it will send follow-up emails proceeding their pre-approval expiry date.
How to Start the Automation
To begin using the Pre-Approval campaign, first ensure that the related workflows (listed below) are turned on.
Next go to the Mortgages module and click the Pre-Approval Campaign? checkbox.
Please note: there must be an amount entered into the
Pre-Approved Amount field and a date entered in the
Pre-Approval Expiry Date field for the campaign to work.
The automations will continue as long as the following conditions are met:
- The Mortgage is in the Pre-Approved stage in your deal pipeline.
- The Pre-Approval Campaign checkbox is selected.
