2. How to Import Filogix Deals into BluMortgage

Introduction

You may want to import your deals from Filogix into BluMortgage CRM.

How to Use

[Step 1]: Download a Report from Filogix

To start the import, we first need a list of deals. To get this list of deals, we can generate a report in our Filogix account:
  1. Login to your Filogix account
  2. Select "Tools" on the top Menu
  3. Select "Extract to CRM"
  4. Filter by "Level" and select yourself as "Agent", also filter by "Closing Date" and select your oldest deal date until the current date. 
  5. Select "Search", then click "Select all Unlocked Records"
  6. Scroll down to the bottom on the page and select the "Extract Type" as "Consolidated"
If you are not able to click on the "Extract to CRM" button, please inform your account Admin to extract your Filogix files. If you need further help with this process contact support@bluroot.ca

[Step 2]: Import Filogix Report into BluMortgage

Once you have the report (or multiple reports). The next step is to import the report:
  1. In your BluMortgage CRM, click on the module named " Filogix Import"
  2. Upload your Consolidated CSV into BluMortgage
  3. Click Begin Import
If there are any errors in the import and no information was updated to your BluMortgage CRM, contact support@bluroot.ca to request help.
