This article will show you how to set up your email signature Email Signature, Email Sync & Calendar Sync in your Cloven CRM to add a professional touch to your outgoing emails and to help reinforce your brand identity.

How to Use

    1. How to Set Up Your Email Signature in Cloven

      1. Sign in to Your Cloven CRM Account

      2. Access the Setup Page

      • Click on the Setup icon (⚙️) located at the top-right corner of the page, next to your profile picture.

      • In the panel labeled “Channels”, click on Email.

      3. Add a Signature

      • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add New Signature.

      • Give your signature a name (e.g., Signature).
        Note: Do not use any special characters in the name.

      • Select your email address from the dropdown list.

      • Copy your existing email signature from a previously sent email.

      • Right-click in the editor field in Cloven and click Paste.

      • Click Save to store your signature.

Sync Your Email
    1. At the top of the page, click the Email tab.

    2. Click Get Started to begin the email sync process.

    3. Choose your email platform (e.g., Gmail or Outlook).

    4. Click Configure.

    5. Sign in to your email account and accept all permissions when prompted.

    6. Continue through the authorization prompts until complete.

    7. Skip the Import Email Filters section by clicking Skip.

    8. Your email will now begin syncing into Cloven.

      • 🔍 Important:

        • Ensure the Configuration Status shows Working — this confirms your sync is live and active.

        • Sync status may show "Yet to Start" initially. This is normal and may take a few hours to update.

        • You do not need to click Update at the bottom of the page.

    3. Sync Your Calendar

    1. On the left-hand menu, click the Marketplace icon (orange house icon).

    2. Choose your platform (Google or Microsoft).

    3. Locate and select Calendar or Meetings.

    4. Click to authenticate your account — sign in and accept all permissions.

    5. After authentication, your calendar will appear in Cloven.

      • Important Notes:

        • Ensure the calendar selected displays your email address or Calendar.

        • Avoid selecting "Zoho CRM Calendar."

        • Select Two-Way Sync so that:

          • Events added in Google/Outlook sync to Cloven

          • Events added in Cloven sync to Google/Outlook

    6. Click Next in the bottom-right corner.

    7. Click Save to complete the calendar sync.

    8. Ensure Sync Status says Active to confirm it’s working.
