1a: How to Change your Cloven CRM Password and secure your CRM with MFA

This article will show you how to change your password for your Cloven CRM.

How to Use

  1. Open your Cloven CRM Account
    1. Open your web browser and go to the Zoho CRM login page (crm.zoho.com).
    2. Click on the "Sign In" button to access your Zoho account in the top right corner of the screen.
    3. Enter your current email address and password.
  2. Access Zoho Account Settings
    1. After logging in, look for your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
    2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Change your Password
    1. In the left hand panel, click on "Security" 
    2. Look for the box labeled "Password" and click on "Change Password"
    1. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to enter your current password and the new password.
    2. Type the new email address you want to use in the provided field and click "Add"
    3. Click "Change Password" and your password will have been successfully changed.
  4. Additional Step: Setting up MFA/2FA (Multi-Factor Authentication/Two-Factor Authentication)
    1. In the left hand panel, click on "Multi-Factor Authentication"
    2. Select the "MFA Mode" you would like to use and follow the steps provided.
    3. After following the steps for your preferred MFA Mode, you have successfully enable MFA/2FA on your Cloven account.
