1. How to log into Cloven and Update your email/password- Cloven

Introduction

This article will show you how to change your email address for your Cloven CRM.

How to Use

  1. Open your Cloven CRM Account
    1. Open your web browser and go to the Zoho CRM login page (crm.zoho.com or crm.zohocloud.ca).
    2. Click on the "Sign In" button to access your Zoho account in the top right corner of the screen
    3. Enter your current email address and password

      For new users it will be the login details we emailed to you
  2. Access Zoho Account Settings
    1. After logging in, look for your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
    2. If the current Layout is from the old platform, click the "Try CRM for Everyone" button in the top-right corner.
      You can ignore this step if all the modules are already visible on the left side — this means you're using the new layout.
    3. Click on "My Account" in the bottom left corner
    4. Under Profile, click the green edit button to update your credentials and click save.
  3. Add your Email Address
    1. Look for the box labeled "My Email Addresses" and click on "Add New Email Address"
    1. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to enter the new email address you want to use for your Zoho account.
    2. Type the new email address you want to use in the provided field and click "Add"
    3. A OTP will be sent to your email address, to verify it, enter the OTP from your email into the OTP field and click "Verify"
  4. Delete Old Email Address
    1. After successfully verifying the new email address, mark the new email address as the "primary email address" and delete the temporary email address provided by the BluRoot Team. 
  5. Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    1. After successfully verifying the new email address, mark the new email address as the "primary email address" and delete the temporary email address provided by the BluRoot Team. 

    2. Navigate to the My Mobile Numbers section.
    3. Click Add Mobile Number.
    4. Enter your phone number — a one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your device.
    5. Enter the OTP to verify and successfully add your phone number to Cloven.
  6. To change Your Password
    1. In the left-hand menu, click on Security.
    2. Select the green Change Password button.
    3. Follow the prompts to update your password.
